Efforts to Increase Motivation and Outcomes of Learning About Economic Activities Through Implementing the STAD Cooperative Learning Model

The purpose of this study was to: determine the impact applying STAD learning model on outcomes students about economic activities through social studies; examine influence student motivation; and describe application model. This research conducted at SD Negeri 2 Aglik in first semester 2016/2017 academic year with fourthgrade students. classroom action method consisted cycles data were collected a test an observation sheet to any changes motivation. included four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. results indicated that there increase motivation outcomes. Out 21 students, 11 13 motivated cycle I 19 II. There from 52.38% who completed initial conditions, 61.90% I; II increased significantly by 100%. average value 64.00 conditions 77.14 90.49. It can be concluded for activities.
